I'm looking for an experienced developer to design and create a mobile app targeted

Key Requirements:
- Development Platform: Android Studio
- Programming Language: Java
- Database Management: SQLite or Firebase
- Design Approach: MVC
- Comprehensive Report: 7000-10000 words with table of contents
5 minute video regarding project and report- I dont need a video as I can do the video myself as long as you provide the text for the 5 min video
