Minecraft Plugin Developer/ Coder

We need a custom plugin written for a Minecraft Spigot server. This plugin would be a pretection plugin similar to ProtectionStones, where a custom block protects an area around it, with an added GUI.

This is programmed in java with the SpigotAPI
