Minecraft Plugin

My name is Anthony I am a Minecraft server owner looking to have a Golf Plugin for Minecraft Java I own and have it updated and more modernized to work with newer versions of the game. the plugin needs to work with all versions of spigot paper from 1.17.1 to current. As for the modernized features this is something that a person who has the understanding of the sport Golf and How it works would be better. I would also be interested in hiring a long term developer to help with things I may need in the future as well. Lastly I own a company aside from the mine craft server that can leave me a bit busy and that being said will ask that a large majority of communication be done via Discord.
