Minecraft Mod for Crystal and Obsidian Manipulation

I'm looking for a skilled developer to create a Minecraft mod for version 1.20.4 and above. The mod should automatically place obsidian and break crystals near a player in mid-air. For example, if I hit a player into the air, the mod will start placing obsidian and destroying crystals around them.

Requirements:
