Hello, I'm making a YouTube video and I'm seeking a skilled Minecraft modder to create a fabric mod for version 1.20.4. This mod should apply a enchantment glow(shiny effect) to a variety of elements within the game.

- The mod should apply a enchantment glow effect to Mobs and Blocks, GUI (Buttons Inventory, Health, Armor Point, EXP Bar and Hunger Bars), Clouds, and the Sky.
