Minecraft Fabric Modder needed

I'm looking for an experienced Minecraft Modder that is up to a challenge! I will pay 100 aud and more via negotiation!

Here's the contents of the mod:
- There are 28 unique crystals with unique abilities along with offensive and defensive moves.
- There's 5 legendary weapons that spawn on pedestals
- Each pedestal can only have one in the world and spawn in their respective structures
- The players get a choice of if they they want to choose one of 6 crystals or a sword
- And more!

Here are the requirements:
- Effective communications whenever needed
- Ability to ensure a high quality and well tested mod
- This mod NEEDS to be available for Fabric
