A Minecraft Client with a launcher

I am looking for an experienced developer to create a custom Minecraft client with a launcher. This will be for Minecraft Java edition. I have a specific list of features that I need included in the client and will provide them to the selected developer once I've had some time to prepare them. This project requires knowledge of the Minecraft API and familiarity with game launchers such as Lunar Client and Feather Client. If you have the necessary skills and experience, please reach out and let me know how you can help. I need a launcher included, and this Minecraft client should have an in game mod menu with toggleable mods. THe launcher should allow the user to add mods. You should also be comfortable with using mixins. I will give more concise information on the launcher later. Thank you!
