Micronaut 4 Multi-Tenant Project Setup

I'm seeking an experienced developer to create a new Micronaut 4 project for me. This project needs to be built on Micronaut Data/JPA with PostgreSQL and Flyway, supporting dynamic schema-per-tenant multi-tenancy.
Key Requirements:
- Create a tenant controller for tenant management (only creation needed).
- Implement tests to interact with the tenant controller, creating several new tenants and applying the Flyway schema upon each creation.
- Post-tenant creation, the tests should interact with a sample book controller, verifying that records are being created in different tenants.
- The book records should follow the structure: Title, Author, ISBN.
The ideal candidate for this project should have:
- Extensive experience with Micronaut 4, JPA and PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with Flyway and multi-tenancy architecture.
- Proficiency in writing comprehensive tests within this context.
- Ability to structure and manage project requirements effectively.
Upon successful tenant creation, the tests should ensure that all operations are functioning as intended across different tenants. No authentication is required for the initial interactions with the tenant controller, which will be communicated via a Micronaut client using HTTP.
