Medical Web App Dev

I'm looking for a developer to create a medical web application using Spring Boot, React, and PostgreSQL. The code should be straightforward with error handling and clear console messages.

Key Features:
- Appointment Booking
- Video Calls
- File/Image Upload (e.g., medical reports, prescriptions)
- Patient File Storage (doctor and patient uploads)
- Payment Options
- Electronic Invoices

Requirements:
- API documentation for backend
- Deployment on my server (testing all features and database)
- Source code sharing
- Setup instructions with SQL file for pgAdmin
