Medical Consent Manager java, spring, hibernate and springboot

we want a medical consent management system made on It's java, spring, hibernate and springboot , and integrate with our existing system which allows us to import and manage organization and sub groups - the system for management details are - I need a freelancer to set up a digital system for collecting and tracking consents at scale.
