Manage Manual Orders in Binance Futures.

Build a simple program to Manage manual Stop Limit trades in Binance-Futures.
1) I will be placing manual Stop Limit orders in Binance. When the Stop limit orders are filled (executed), immediately place SL/TP and Trailing stop in % (Place OCO SL/TP and Trailing stop/Step) and manage it.
Example: BTCUSDT Trading @65000. If I have placed a Stop Limit Buy order @70000 and when the order is filled, immediately place orders with SL 3% and TP 6% and Trailing stop 1%.
Through Testing in binance Testnet for demo and need sourcecode. CCXT is preferred, but open to any. My budget it around $100
