Looking for a partner

We are a Spanish startup based in Girona (50km Barcelona). Our platform is based on a travel agency (booking engine) specialized in water sports. Currently Our team is made up of two partners. One of us is a professional in the sector (commercial part) and I am in charge of the financial part of the company. Currently we see ourselves with the need to incorporate a long-term 3rd person within the project, who is capable of directing/advising all the technological part. Our offer is to make the third person participate in the company, who must demonstrate their knowledge in the requested area. For this we will do a first round of interviews online to choose the ideal candidate. When choosing our candidate, a meeting will be held in person at our headquarters (expenses paid).
