Looking for new talents
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Hi,
I am looking for new talents to augment my amazing team.
I have selected you as you seem to be a good fit.
You should be interested if you like
* to learn
* to code
* your craft
* Java, Scala or Rust
* working at your own pace
* ... and a bit of a challenge
What you don't need
* strong experience (I'm fine as long as you have talent)
* good english (we can communicate as geeks)
In order to see if we can work together, what I like to do is to give exercises.
This exercise could work on any of these subjects
* networking
* compilation
* database
* performance
* streaming
* automated testing
* security
* governance
* data quality
* machine learning
* frontend
The exercise is a way for me to assess
* how you handle the problem
* how you handle tradeof
* how you solve it
* ... and most importantly how you communicate with me.
The exercise is a way for you to
* earn money ... while learning
* assess how I work
* assess how interesting the job could be
* ... have fun!
That seems odd right? You have probably many questions such as
* What is the exercise?
* What is the budget?
* What is the timeframe?
* Which language to use?
* Which framework to use?
* ...
I'm willing to invest 100$ to test you. If you're willing to try, we discuss and come together with a small objective and a deadline.
The objective is obviously for you to be successful.
Be bold, be creative, and ... let's talk!
Cheers!
Florent.
