Looking for Java/J2EE web application developer

We need a full stack developer who can help in developing an application to manage the auction transactions. The goal is to build a web-based application that can help in run through the whole auction process. The app should be capable of managing the buyers, sellers, auction transactions, billing, reporting and accounts. Please refer to the attachment for the application overview and system context.
