Looking for 10+ Java developers based in European Union (ONLY)
Budget: $15 – $20 USD
Java Developers - junior+ / mids:
Required skills:
● 2+ years of experience with Java/J2EE server-side development
● Experience working with Spring Framework and Spring Boot
● Experience working with Hibernate
● Experience with designing and implementing large-scale, production, multi-module systems, and services is a plus
● Knowledge of Java basic concepts: GC, multithreading, locking, and synchronization
● Experience with web technologies and frameworks
● Familiarity with Linux-based development
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
● Experience working with enterprise data repositories like Postgres, MySQL
● Experience developing REST APIs and/or integrating with them
● Understanding of Agile development methodology
● Experience with unit and integration testing
● Deep understanding of the Java language, its APIs, its performance consideration,s and internals
Nice to haves:
● Familiarity with build and CI frameworks — Maven, Jenkins
● Experience working with asynchronous messaging – JMS, Apache Kafka is a plus
● Experience working with React - is a plus nice to have
● Experience working with Swing - nice to have

1 Java dev,
1 full stack or front-end dec,
1-2 mobile devs,
1 QA,
1 DevOps engineer,
1 BA always/or Product owner
Traveling:
100% Remote
No business trips
Candidate requirement:
- Communicative SPEAKING English with good pronunciation
- Located in the EU (or willing to relocate)
- Can't be from Russia / Belarus (citizenship)
