Looking for Java developer with Vertx knowledge freelancer@7 pm to 2 am IST

Looking for Java developer who can closely work with my client and assist him in all development routine activities like development, support in meetings etc
He must be proficient in core java, and microservices using vert.x, unit testing using mockito supporting vertex, and Postgres SQL server.
client is not using spring boot.

Must have to work in India in the early evening time like 7 pm to 2 am IST for 5 days a week & connect wia any desk on the client's laptop and must work remotely.
It is a job support role, and no code base is shared locally.
Max monthly budget: 60-70k INR, weekly payout.
This is a long-term project and only prefer Indian freelancer and must be an individual (No agency,No advane please)
