Looking for Java developer that also has application security background

Looking for Java developer and application security engineer with minimum 5 years of experience. The engineer must have background on programming languages Java, C#, PHP, Python. You will be writing java code to detect common security vulnerabilities or quality bugs in source code of java, C#, php, python and maybe few others. Need about 25-30 rules. This project may be ongoing if we find the right candidate.
