Liferay Service Builder: Show me how to upgrade and add existing tables in Service Builder

I need some assistance with upgrading my Liferay Service Builder to include existing tables as well as create new ones. I am looking for some guidance, either through a video tutorial for me to follow along or detailed steps that I can execute myself. I need a solution that covers both existing configurations and new tables. I already have a working or test environment with existing Service Builder configurations, so I need someone to walk me through the process via a screen share.
