Hello, I am looking for an experienced Lead Java Developer to help me develop a new application. The development language needs to be Java, while the environment needs to be SpringBoot.
I am looking for a long-term partner who can provide deep technical knowledge along with an ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders. The right person will have an experienced understanding of developing applications in Java and within the SpringBoot environment. They will be able to help me create well-structured, maintainable code that follows the best coding practices.
The developer must also have exceptional problem solving and communication skills to understand and document requirements. They must be able to efficiently refactor the codebase to improve performance and ensure the end product meets the customer's expectations.
