Kids device monitoring spy app

Hi, i wanted to make an android device monitoring app, where we can monitor all the text typed and also monitor device storage and media for my 3 kids.
There are already device monitoring/spy apps available on playstore but clearly mention those are for parental monitoring, and my kids wont let me install them. Can we hide the device monitoring behind some dummy app so that it doesnt look like a device monitoring or spy ap
My main concern is i want to know what my kids type and what they saved in their gallery.
