Kafka Avro Topic Data Transformation

I am seeking a proficient Java Spring Boot developer to assist with my project. The primary goal is to read data from an Avro topic, specifically sourced from Kafka, and perform data transformation on it and produce to an avro topic with schema registry. It need to be testable by creating topics in confluent locally.
The application need to be maintainable so I can add transformation layer to it and deploy it.
