Junior Python developer ❋ Full-time job ❋ No experience necessary

Job ID: 31663457

Budget: $1,000 – $1,800 USD

You must live in certain countries in the Western Balkans, Eastern Europe, or Latin America.

You do *not* need any experience.

You must live in...

Albania,
Bosnia and Herzegovina,
Brasil,
Bulgaria,
Chile,
Colombia,
Kosovo,
Mexico,
Moldova,
Montenegro,
North Macedonia,
Romania,
Serbia, or
Uruguay.

✻ MONEY ✻
$1,000-1,800/month.

✻ DAILY PAYMENT ✻
I will pay you each day for every hour you work with me. Obviously that will almost completely eliminate the risk that you will be unpaid for your work.

✻ WORKING DAYS AND TIMES ✻
I estimate that you will normally work 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm *your* local time. I estimate that you will normally work approximately 20 days/month.

✻ OVERVIEW ✻
If you are very intelligent and if you solve engineering problems scientifically then I will pay you to learn how to become a senior developer. No. I am *not* being charitable. I am being practical. You must pass a difficult test to work with me.

You will have two primary tasks. First you will help me build a consumer IoT (Internet of things) product using MicroPython on the ESP32. Second, you will help me on various consulting projects for clients of mine. These projects will vary tremendously because, well, clients typically have a variety of different needs.

✻ HOW TO APPLY (METHOD #1)✻
Please copy and paste...

***
Please send me a link to your test. Due to a glitch with Freelancer, I might not receive an email notification from Freelancer indicating that you have responded to me. Therefore, I might need to login to Freelancer to find out that you have responded to me.

...into a message you send me (without the six asterisks).

It is unnecessary for you to add more information but you may if you would like.

Please apply using either method #1 or method #2, not both.

✻ HOW TO APPLY (METHOD #2) ✻
If you would like to avoid "spending" one of your bids ("bid for free") then, please paste...

Junior_Python_30_Sept_2021

into your Freelancer profile.

I will search for...

Junior_Python_30_Sept_2021

If your profile were to interest me then I would invite you to bid on this project thereby enabling you to bid on this project "for free" (without spending one of your bids). Please wait *patiently* for up to 48 hours for me to invite you because I do *not* have a bot; I would need to manually invite you to bid.

✻ PAYING YOU TO LEARN ✻
No. You aren't dreaming.

I would rather work with an inexperienced person who is very intelligent and solves problems scientifically than an experienced person who is not very intelligent and/or does not solve problems scientifically.

If you were recruiting a computer programmer, would you hire Issac Newton or Albert Einstein even if they had no experience programming?

✻ UNPAID TEST ✻
I'm not trying to dupe you into working for me for free.

However, the first test you complete for me will be an unpaid test. I will let you choose between two tests: one that is somewhat beneficial to me; and the other which is clearly not beneficial to me.

See, over 99% of applicants for my freelance jobs fail one of my unpaid tests. I am unwilling to waste my money paying unqualified candidates any money whatsoever.

✻ TWO PAID TEST PROJECTS ✻
If you were to pass one of my unpaid tests then you will need to pass two paid test projects. I will pay you a flat fee of $25 for the first test project and $100 for the second test project. If you were to pass both of those test projects, then you would need to begin working with me full-time within 30 (thirty) days from when I indicated that you had passed the second test project.

✻ RECORDING YOUR WORKING SESSIONS ✻
As the adage goes, "Trust but verify." You will record yourself working approixmately 8 hours per day. I do *not* need to see your face, but I do need to see your screen.
