Ai Jockey Challenge Betting Program Development

I'm seeking a developer to create a standalone application that will assist in analyzing jockeys' performance and betting odds. This program will scrape data from Racing Australia and TAB, calculate a scoring system based on race outcomes, and output results in a program
Key Requirements:
- Data Scraping: The program must be able to scrape all meeting and jockeys from https://racingaustralia.horse/home.aspx?standard=true and prices of horses from www.tab.com.au.
- Custom Formula: The application should use a custom formula based on the number of rides a jockey has, the prices of the horses, and how many good chances they have.
- Scoring System: After each race, the program should calculate a scoring system using 3 points for 1st, 2 points for 2nd, and 1 point for 3rd.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages suitable for data scraping and application development (Python, Java, etc.)
- Experience in developing standalone applications.
- Understanding of betting and racing terminology will be a plus.
