I am seeking a freelancer who can provide give job support for my team. The ideal person will have experience in providing technical support and workflow optimization. The specific tasks that I need help with include troubleshooting technical issues and optimizing workflow processes.
As I prefer real-time communication, I require someone who is comfortable communicating via phone or video call. The onboarding process is expected to take more than 2/3 months, so I need someone who is committed to working with us for an extended period of time.
