JavaFX problem Eclipse (Ubuntu)

I have a problem in eclipse.
Since it is not a big project, this is opportunity for new freelancers who will work for a good grade and a minimum price (maximum $10).
When I run JavaFX, I can't create the FXML (can't click add file).
I use linux ubuntu.
