JavaFX & R Integration Expert Needed

I am seeking an experienced Java developer to help integrate an existing JavaFX desktop application with R and Batch Script into a single, standalone software package. The primary goal is to create a user-friendly, cross-platform application that requires no additional installations by the end-user. The desktop application will have ONLY 3 BUTTONS, no tools/edit/file options, NOTHING ELSE, ONLY 3 BUTTONS to automate R routine that our clients are always using with the same goals.
Project Overview:
Existing Codebase: The in R is already ready to use.
Integration Requirements with JavaFX desktop
R Integration: The software must be able to run an R script for data processing tasks.
Batch Script Integration: A Batch Script will handle file management tasks like unzipping and renaming files.
Standalone Deployment: The final application should be packaged into a single executable or installer that includes all dependencies, so the end-user doesn't need to install R, Java, or any other software.
Responsibilities:
Code Integration: Incorporate the existing R code with the JavaFX to be built with only 3 buttons to run a simple task, Batch Script, ensuring smooth communication between the components.
Deployment: Package the integrated application into a standalone executable or installer for both Windows and macOS (preferably using tools like Inno Setup, Launch4j, or a similar solution, if you have better ideas, it will be a pleasure to listen to).
Testing: Conduct thorough testing to ensure the application functions correctly across different operating systems without requiring additional installations.
Skills Required:
Experience with Java and JavaFX.
Experience with R scripting and integrating R with Java applications.
Familiarity with Batch Scripting.
Experience in creating standalone executables or installers for Java applications.
Cross-platform development experience (Windows/macOS).
