JavaFX Calculator - Some Fixes

It's Almost Finished but needs some FIXES.

Uses/Must Use:
Java 17 / JavaFX 17
IntelliJ (No IDE's that add their own special way of doing things)
Project Tasks:
Just a couple things to fix, clean up and one menu item to add.
I will give code. (It is my code. The Freelancer does not retain any rights to the code.)
I am an amateur coder. I want Clean code and good practices.

Compensation:
It's a very simple project.
