Java 8 with Spring mvc

My request requires the following

Requirements
• Create a simple application that
• exposes a REST API that accepts an order for book (ISBN, quantity etc.)
• exposes a REST API to retrieve a list of book orders
• API must be secured with relavent OAuth flow using GitHub as the
Authentication provider
• Response format can be either JSON or XML
• API must be publicly available and testable (by us)
Constraints
• Use only AWS free tier services to deploy this application (no cost for
applicant)
• Tech stack: Spring Boot + Java + database of choice
• The application must be built via simple GitHub Actions workflow.
Application does not have to be deployed, only a runnable "Fat JAR" should
be built in an automated way
• All infra and application code must be in a public GitHub repository
• All infrastructure must be provisioned via Terraform (can be run locally,
doesn't have to be in a automated pipeline)
