Java 8 to 17 upgrade

I am looking for a highly experiencedJava developer to upgrade my current Java 8 version to the latest Java 17. I understand the complexities of such a task, and I will need someone who has a thorough understanding of all the features from various versions of Java to see it through. I recognize that there are various improvements that come with Java 17 and I want to implement those features including Records, Pattern Matching for instanceof, and Sealed Classes to maximize the efficiency of the program. The deadline for this project is within a month, and I am willing to work out an agreed upon rate with the programmer for a satisfactory job done.
