Java technical interviews

I am looking for someone with advanced knowledge and experience in Java programming to help me with technical interviews. The technical interview questions should be a mix of theoretical and practical and focus on Java. The ideal candidate should have detailed knowledge of the language features, concepts, and capabilities related to Java programing – and should be able to communicate this knowledge effectively through multiple choice and practical questions. I am looking for someone to create and administer the technical interview process to ensure the interview candidates are able to demonstrate their skill and knowledge.
