Java swings application

I am looking for a java developer who can create a simple java swings application using text editor !! Dont want any framework or IDE to be used !! I have a sample console program working and running I want you to convert it to GUI using swings and applets. I will show the workflow and share other information to selected candidates. Timeline is 1 week from start date.

Must to follow:
1) Code must be neat and clear.
2) Commenting should he proper for variables and methods
3) proper OOPs should be used.
