Java server

So the game (Project Zomboid) runs on Java, not sure if that will affect it. The person I am making this for has his own server boxes. So like in cmd prompt send a 1 time ping every 30 minutes to check if server is responding. If there is no response, kill all processes of the server and start them back up again. (The kill processes is essential since sometimes the server goes not responding which is why it won't restart on its own.)
