The JavaBnB platform provides the possibility of automated network rental and housing management. Each house managed by the platform is characterized by: Municipality to which it belongs, Address, VAT number of the owner, the number of people it can accommodate, the number of bedrooms, internet access / navigation service, television, kitchen as well as private parking. All houses are also characterized by the view (Road / Sea / Mountain), the distance from the nearest metro station, the daily rental cost, the level of comfort it provides (the ratio of the number of people which can serve the house to the multitude of bedrooms) as well as by one unique identification number on the platform1. In the case of a detached house, the residence may have additional features such as garden (price: square meters), swimming pool (price: square meters) and if it has a barbeque. If the house is an apartment, it is characterized in addition to the floor on which it is located and the existence of an elevator and a balcony.
