Java programmer for the clustering algorithm -- 2

I am looking for someone to develop my algorithm using Java and then teach me the code. I prefer it if you have experience in Cloudsim.
You should use Cloudsim to create DataSet like create users, clouds, and execute services. I want you to send me weekly deliverables.
The tentative deadline for completion of the first draft of the algorithm is as follows:
● Milestone #1 (Part 1 in the Myalgo file shared on chat ) — 4/26/2022
● Milestone #2 (Part 2 in Myalgo file shared on chat which contain the rest of the algorithm and print the results on screen and adds them to Excel for the experiment)— 5/3/2022
The fees of the Developer are to be paid as follows:
b. $300.00 upon completion and submission of Milestone #1
c. $300.00 upon completion and submission of Milestone #2
