Java program updates and enhancements needed

I have a program that we began to build. The front end uses react and the back end uses spring boot. The project is currently hosted on AWS and I will supply the encrypted key so you can download the files using winscp that you will need to make the updates. We need someone to take over where we stopped with this project. We want to work hourly because the enhancements will be ongoing. We will give 5 updates at a time that need to be done, then 5 more, and so on. We cannot give more than that because the next 5 will be dependent on how the first 5 work, and so on. This is not a robust program. We do need someone responsive that will get this work done immediately and not stretch this out.
