Job: combine the two projects (A) and (B) to create new project (C) as follows.
(A) is the machine learning piece that takes inputs open, high, low, close, minute, volume, count, wap, tesla3, tesla6, tesla9 and decision. It returns execute or not.
(B) connects to broker derives and calculates these inputs for testing by the machine learning piece:: open, high, low, close, minute, volume, count, wap, tesla3, tesla6, tesla9 and decision.
Goal is to obtain return whether to execute or not via class below.
