Java implementation of Grain-128AEAD -- 2

I have implementation of Grain 128aead in C, i need it in Java(apache netbeans 12.5). Grain 128aead is a stream cipher. There are links connected to this algorithm with document about it and with implementation. The most important is that the implementation works in JAVA. It can be tested if we put test vectors in code. Test vectors are values that we put as a plaintext, key, nonce and additional text and if the cypher matches with the one we have in test vector, implementation is good.
