What background we are looking for:
several years of web application development;
good knowledge of Java;
you know such tool as Spring framework;
you have worked with relational databases and/or NoSQL;
you have the ability and the wish to write tests.
It will be cool if:
you can design without having finished requirements;
you have component approach to development;
know English well (applicable for the candidates from non-English speaking countries);
understand the internal structure and mechanisms of database operation;
you have experience in horizontal and vertical scaling of systems;
