Java code data (pattern) entry

I am looking for a freelancer that can help me with a project involving entering data into a Java class file which enumerates a number of RegEx patterns. The purpose of this project is to dramatically expand that file's number of patterns (which describe the format of things like NID numbers, addresses, and phone numbers) used in various countries. I need someone who does not need to be a Java programmer per se, but can understand the target file's format and add to it from patterns we've collected in a Google sheet and are also available in a .PDF document with many more patterns that need to be organized as they are entered into that code.
