We are looking for an advanced Java expert who is proficient in Java Frameworks such as Spring , JPA/Hibernate, Micro Services, Design Patterns, AWS
Skills and Experience Required:
- Intermediate to Advanced level of Java expertise
- Proficiency in Java Frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate, Micro Services, Design Patterns)
- Proficiency in AWS or GCP cloud
- Experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidates' Java skills
- Strong understanding of core Java concepts
- Ability to evaluate candidates' problem-solving abilities and coding skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Project Details:
- We need to interview more than 100 candidates for a Java position.
- The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting interviews, evaluating candidates' technical abilities, and providing feedback to the hiring team.
- The interviews will focus on both core Java concepts and Java Frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
- The ideal candidate should have prior experience in conducting technical interviews and should be able to assess candidates' proficiency in Java Frameworks.
