Java bug fixing: javax.net.ssl.SSLException: Received fatal alert: protocol_version
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I'm in need of an experienced Java developer who's well-versed in utilizing Eclipse and proficient in discovering and solving bugs. The immediate task involves a particular issue regarding the javax.net.ssl.SSLException: Received fatal alert: protocol_version.

It is believed that TLSv1.1 is not allowed to connect to the server anymore hence need to upgrade.
A screenshot of Eclipse has been attached.
The Eclipse will compile the file into .class, which a batch file will be used to run the .class.
There are potentially two solutions:
1) Change the code in Eclipse directly: I tried System.setProperty("https.protocols", "TLSv1.2") but it does not seem to fix it.
2) Change the batch file. I tried "-Dhttps.protocols=TLSv1.2" "-Djdk.tls.client.protocols=TLSv1.2" but it does not seem to work.
I need someone to fix the bug. You will be using TeamViewer or Zoom to access my PC.
