Java based Screensaver detection

I require a java prototype to detect if the current machine has the screensaver activated.

- No UI required, only a ongoing desktop application.
- No framework required (spring or something)

you deliver the code, which basically has
- a main(),
- starts a thread,
- ensures only one instance running
- traces the screensaver detection (active, inactive screensaver into system.out )


MS1:
Needs to work well on windows 10 and windows 11

MS2:
needs to work well on Linux KDE and Gnome

MS3:
needs to work well on MacOS 11 (Big Sur) and newer


delivery?
- in our git (will be shared after award)
- as java source delivery
- maven (dependencies are all managed there)
- required libs need prior confirm to be accepted
- JDK17 compatible
