Java Web App & Native Mobile Development

I'm seeking a skilled developer or team to create a Java web application along with Microservices API which will accept the data and allow the user to view it and reporting capabilities, complemented by native mobile applications for both Android and iOS.

Main functionality: Vendor information capture and report generation.
List of screens:
1. Login
2. Vendor Category maintenance
3. Enter Vendor Information
5. Generate a report with given inputs to display list matching vendors.

Core Functionality:
- The web application should primarily focus on data and reporting.

Data Sources:
- The application will need to integrate with SQL (MySql / Postgre SQL) databases and external APIs.

Mobile App Features:
- The Android and iOS apps should support push notifications and offline mode.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Java for web application development, spring boot, Microservices, API
- Extensive experience with data and reporting.
- Expertise in creating native Android and iOS apps.
- Strong knowledge of integrating with SQL databases and external APIs.
- Experience implementing push notifications and offline capabilities in mobile apps.
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools.
- Shpuld be capable to deploy it to AWS cloud.
- Should explain all the code and deployment process, code handover.
- Prefer Java Eclipse, Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTFul API, AWS Delployment for APIs
