Java Web API Data Dashboard Development

I'm seeking a Java developer to create an extension that will query specific Web APIs I have and display the data on a web dashboard. This dashboard should update daily and highlight fields when they fall below certain thresholds, such as transactions under 10 or volume under $10,000.

Key requirements:
- Proficient in Java, with experience in developing APIs and web applications
- Able to create a user-friendly, efficient web dashboard
- Knowledgeable about querying Web APIs and handling both transaction and volume data
- Capable of implementing conditional formatting on the dashboard to highlight key data points

Dashboard to display and constantly refresh;
- Number of daily transactions, (Highligh red if under 20)
- Volume of daily transactions, (highlight red if under $20,000)
- Number of new users, (Highligh red if under 5)
- Number of terminals online (highlight red if under 500)
