[Java/C#/C++ - Urgent] Web application with security component

I would like to work with a FullStack Developer on an urgent project.
A Web Application should be implemented in Java (preferably) or any other language such as C++/ C# (not wordpress, joomla etc).
For the security part you can use libraries e.g. for Java (shiro, owasp security framework, jguard, bouncycastle), for .Net (.NET Framework) etc.
Together with the code, I will need 2-3 pages of explanation of work and another word file with screenshots of the app.
Also a video of using it would be great.
Analytical details will be given in a doc in chat. Also I will send you some code that may be useful.
