Java University Management Portal Enhancements

I need an experienced JAVA developer to correct and upgrade my terminal-based University Management Portal. The portal faces bugs and errors in the existing features, and I want to add new essential features to make it more functional and user-friendly.

DETAILED INFORMATION GIVEN IN THE ATTACHED PDFs.

Key Tasks:
- Identify and fix bugs according to the phase 1 instructions in the phase 1 code.
- After fixing them, implement new features into the existing code according to the phase 2 instructions.
- Enhance the overall performance and speed of the portal per the instructions of both phases.

User Base:
The portal is designed for use by:
- Students
- Faculty
- Administrators
- Teaching Assistants (to be added in phase 2)

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in terminal-based Java development
- Prior experience with university management systems is a plus
- Strong debugging skills
- Capability to implement new features based on user needs
- Excellent understanding of software performance optimization.
