I'm on the lookout for an Intermediate-level Java Trainer with 1-4 years of experience, particularly in delivering face-to-face, offline classes at colleges in Chennai. Your main focus will be teaching Core Java concepts, with a keen emphasis on practical, hands-on learning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging, interactive lab sessions where students can gain practical experience in Java programming.
- Develop and implement diverse hands-on activities, including Coding Exercises, Project-Based Learning, and Case Studies.
- Provide individualized support to students, with the assistance of a hired aide, to resolve doubts and enhance their understanding.
- Design and update the curriculum to keep up with the latest Java trends and technologies.
- Evaluate and grade students' coding assignments and projects to monitor their progress.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions with students to discuss their progress and areas for improvement.
