Java Swing Custom jScrollPane duplication

Hello there, I'm looking for a talented Java Swing developer to help me fix an existing setup. I have experience in Java Swing and need help specifically with coding. The project is to duplicate an existing jScrollPane, preferably using the same toolkit. I have a Java Swing app that I need to be able to add XX amount of entry's to a jScollPane. I have the code for the first entry but I am unsure of how to continue it within the jScrollPane. I have attached a zip that contains both a PDF of explaining this visually and also added my Java Swing app for you to take a look at.
