Java Swing Appointment Management System

I'm looking for a Java Swing developer to create a Windows application with a JFrame interface, using MS Access as the database. The application should manage appointments and admins, and i need help with setting up the program using netbens with the following requirements:
Login Frame:
- User authentication via username and password.
Appointments Frame (Create/Delete/Modify/View):
- Manage appointments with meeting details.
- Use of components: JList, JComboBox, JFileChooser, JTable, CalendarJ, JCheckBox, JRadioButton, JLabel, JTree.
Admins Frame (Create/Delete/Modify/View):
- Manage admin users with similar component requirements as the Appointments Frame.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Java Swing.
- Experience with MS Access database integration.
- Strong understanding of Windows application development.
- Familiarity with the specified UI components and their implementation in Java Swing.
