Java Springboot to Microservices Conversion

As the owner of a project currently built in Java and Springboot, I am looking to convert it into a microservices architecture. Below are the specific requirements and technologies needed:
- Implement the microservices architecture using Docker and Apache Kafka.
- Use jwt for security purposes.
- Monitoring tools and Junit Mockito should be incorporated.
- Utilize Spring AOP for logging.
- The entire process of deployment should be facilitated on AWS.
- Communication between the microservices should be via REST API.
- The primary purpose of transitioning to microservices is for Flexibility.
- kafka also need to implement.
In terms of skills and experience, you should have a deep understanding of microservices architecture, Docker, Apache Kafka, jwt, AWS deployment, and REST API communication. Knowledge in using monitoring tools, junit mockito, and spring aop for logging is also necessary.
